Domain Project Developments
Burke Urban holds a 50% interest in associated company, Domain Project Developments Pty Ltd (Domain). Kym Burke is a director of Domain along with Mr. John Wicks, whose company Wicks Estate Pty Ltd holds the other 50% interest in that Group. Domain Project Developments and Wicks Estates operate from the same office as Burke Urban and in an extremely beneficial, complementary relationship with a positive sharing of support staff resources and importantly exchanges of ideas and expertise.
John and Simon Wicks are key contributors in Domain Project Development’s joint ventures at Ascot Waters and Waterhall in Western Australia, Highbury in South Australia and Domain’s student accommodation building in Watson Avenue, Rose Park.
