John Bannister, Development Manager
John Bannister joins Burke Urban with over 25 years experience in the land and property development industry.
John’s project management expertise and extensive experience in business administration were developed and refined during his 16 years within the survey industry. 11 of these were as the Director in charge of administration and logistics with Fyfe Surveyors providing the necessary leadership and resources to a staff of over 30 professionals delivering service and support to the company's client base.
John’s relations with Kym and his family extend back in excess of 20 years in business and pleasure. John was fortunate to be able to provide Kym’s former company Prodec (now Burke Urban) with the surveying consultancy to the highly successful Black Point development as well as share in each others long and proud loyalty to their local Norwood Football Club.
Prior to joining Burke Urban, John utilised his extensive career and industry knowledge to deliver land development and built form projects in South Australia and Queensland as Group Property and Development Manager for one of South Australia’s leading builders.
John’s experience and passion for the land development industry adds substantial value to the Burke Urban commitment to innovation, excellence and best practice in delivering outstanding living environments and strong communities.
