Kym Burke, Chairman and Managing Director
Kym Burke established his planning and project management company, Prodec Pty Ltd, (now Burke Urban) in 1984. As Chairman and Managing Director of Burke Urban, and as a co-director of Burke Urban’s related entity, Domain Project Development Pty Ltd, Kym takes responsibility for facilitation and direction of all projects. Kym’s negotiation, financial and risk management skills have been key factors with many projects requiring sensitive negotiation with State and Local Governments, and the consolidation of multiple land ownerships into manageable developments.
Committed to the development of sustainable communities, and social inclusion, Kym has built strong affiliations for Burke Urban with various community groups such as Variety, the Children’s’ Charity, the Adelaide Football Club, and the Cancer Councils Flinders Lodge Appeal, through sponsorship and personal commitment.
