Burke Urban is an active member of the UDIA (SA Division).
The UDIA’s mission is to secure the viability and sustainability of the urban development industry for the benefit of their members, and therefore the communities they create. It links stakeholders through an efficient SA division of the national UDIA, operating with an effective office, Executive Council and Committee structure.
The UDIA vision is to be recognised and respected as the peak body representing interests of the urban development industry in South Australia.
This is achieved through:
- Provision of high-quality information and services to members - developers, builders, industry consultants, government entities and the community
- Competitive and innovative private sector involvement
- Close and timely liaison with the public sector in the strategic and policy aspects of the industry.
Burke Urban attend and support many annual corporate events and conferences organised by the UDIA, are grateful for their governance, and believe their representation of the development industry is critical in ensuring the industry has a sound political voice.
Kym’s daughter, Olivia Burke, Project Marketing Manager is also a member of the UDIA Sustainability Committee.
