Flinders Lodge Appeal (SA Cancer Council)
Burke Urban is a supporter and committee member of the Flinders Lodge Appeal recently established by Mrs Jenny Hurley and a committee of supporters, to upgrade accommodation at Flinders Lodge, a facility owned by the Cancer Council at Flinders Street, Kent Town in SA.
Flinders Lodge is a vital facility purchased by the Cancer Council to house cancer patients, during their treatment periods at Adelaide hospitals and clinics.
This well located facility was built as the Flinders Lodge Motel but is in need of urgent upgrade to make the patient stay as comfortable and as pleasant as possible.
