Bowhill Free-holding Scheme
Bowhill on the River Murray is a shack relocation scheme undertaken by Burke Urban and was conducted in association with the Estate of Paul Gerhard Schmidt (Deceased) under the management of Mr. Bruce Carter from Ferrier Hodgson Accountants. Burke Urban provided all infrastructure works, overall scheme direction and management to secure the desired free-holding outcome for the shack holders and the primary land-owner - the Schmidt family.
