Vincent Rise
Vincent Rise located in the township of Port Vincent located on the stunning Yorke Peninsula was developed by Burke Urban on a 9.5 hectare parcel of land formerly owned by local farmer, Mr Rob Germein. Mr Germein also participated as joint venture partner and joint decision maker in the development.
Overall Vincent Rise consists of 95 allotments with an average size of 742m2 in a plan that allowed for block sizes and block configuration to suit two diverse markets. The market for this development consisted predominantly of holiday home buyers from the Northern suburbs of Adelaide, but a selection of courtyard sized allotments was also included in the plan to cater for the local retiree market. The development was a success with a steady rate of sales over 5 years. The final allotment was sold by Burke Urban in 2007.
