Waterhall
Domain Project Developments is undertaking another significant and challenging development in Western Australia. The Waterhall land development at Guildford, located approximately 12 kilometres north of Perth, or a convenient 20 minute drive from the CBD, is situated on land previously owned by the Guildford Grammar School. Burke Urban who are a 50% shareholder of Domain Project Developments, played a significant role in the facilitation and negotiation of the joint venture between Domain Project Developments and the Guildford Grammar School Foundation who have been ensured a low risk participation in the venture.
Waterhall is being planned and developed with new urbanism design principles, modelled on the Ascot Waters’ success. We believe we have created a new landmark in Waterhall – a stunning new 'liveable neighbourhood' concept community.
In total, Waterhall will comprise less than three hundred homes, with a community centre providing a focal point for shared activities and a genuine 'sense of place' that is unique to this desirable South Guildford address. The current stage being sold at Waterhall is Stage 2, which is already proving very popular with buyers.
